Zack is friendly, outgoing, seemingly carefree and always has a smile on his face. There are rare times where he gets angry, and even rarer are the times where he's sad. There's no telling, however, what he's thinking or what he's really feeling half of the time. That is, unless he's extremely happy and/or excited, because you'll for sure know then as he wears his heart on his sleeve when he's in a ridiculously good mood.

Zack adores and claims Cloud Strife as his best friend. He's overprotective of him and would do just about anything for him if he asks. Don't mess with Cloud and Zack will definitely not have a problem with you. ♥

Seeing as he knows nothing of the Nibelheim incident and is before that, General Sephiroth is also considered his friend and ally.
